Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days
  • Made-to-order items: Up to 2 weeks
  • Wholesale orders: Up to 4 weeks

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may also be extended during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, including U.S. territories and Washington, D.C.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
AKA Freshies by Jasmine Seager is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays once the package has been shipped
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address will require a reshipping fee
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

Heat & Care Disclaimer
Due to the nature of our products, we are not responsible for any heat-related damage (including melting) during transit or after delivery. Care instructions are provided on our website and included with orders—please follow them carefully.

Combined Shipping
We may combine multiple orders when applicable. This is done at our discretion and may not always be possible.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
